Food!

I’ve been coming to Rinaldis Deli for 20 years, ever since I started as a loan officer back in 2005, and it’s still my favorite breakfast burrito here in the Valley. 🌯🔥
If you haven’t tried the Max Burro, do yourself a favor. It’s loaded with eggs, cheese, potatoes, and your choice of meat. I always go double meat: sausage and bacon — totally worth it every time.
Pro tip: grab an extra salsa. Trust me, one isn’t enough.
The regulars know — you’ve got to drench your burrito in it.
Whatever’s in that salsa, it’s addicting… and the best part? They jar it and sell it, so you can take some home too.
Oh — and if you’re from back East, you’ll love this — they also serve Taylor Pork Roll sandwiches! That’s a Jersey and New York staple, and it’s awesome to find it here in the Valley.
And if you stop by, make sure to say hi to John, the owner — he’s in the background of my pic and one of the nicest guys you’ll meet and one of the reasons this place just feels like home after all these years.

How’s the market?

Let’s have a look at what happened in the Phoenix market in October.
3,714 homes sold in Metro Phoenix in October. This is an 5.57% increase from October 2024.
Price per square foot was $262.16 a 1.71% decrease from 2024.
Days on market was 73, a 15.87% increase from 2024.
The data across the greater Phoenix metro area seems to be more consistent, and I believe is a better indicator of what is happening on a larger scale. Prices remain somewhat flat, as does the price per square foot. The market is just kinda, meh.
There will always be a certain number of people who need to buy or sell. I know a big portion of my business is those people who HAVE to sell or buy, which includes a first time home buyer, or an inherited property or investment property that is no longer wanted.
The market will continue to push forward, and in my opinion, will remain about the same unless we see a big spike or drop in mortgage interest rates.
