As we head into Thanksgiving, I want to take a moment to say thank you. I’ve been coming to Rinaldis Deli for 20 years, ever since I started as a loan officer back in 2005, and it’s still my favorite breakfast burrito here in the Valley. 🌯🔥

Let’s have a look at what happened in the Phoenix market in October.

The data across the greater Phoenix metro area seems to be more consistent, and I believe is a better indicator of what is happening on a larger scale. Prices remain somewhat flat, as does the price per square foot. The market is just kinda, meh.

There will always be a certain number of people who need to buy or sell. I know a big portion of my business is those people who HAVE to sell or buy, which includes a first time home buyer, or an inherited property or investment property that is no longer wanted.

The market will continue to push forward, and in my opinion, will remain about the same unless we see a big spike or drop in mortgage interest rates.

This month I want to spotlight a good friend of mine — Arizona Jones, the owner of Arizona Pest Experts.
